Best off all I have used till date at it is really helpful and 99% of the way it is exact and save your time but final touch of the journey the destination point it comes very close otherwise 99 out of 100 times I have reached on time

This is an incredible app, Navfree GPS Live India works just like Tom tom and is absolutely free to download ,works like a magic on iPhone 4 on indian roads giving turn by turn directions. I tested in Bangalore, it may not navigate to your doorstep but itll get you there. It doesnt work well on iPhone 3GS as I think 3gs doesnt have gps module in it or may be Assisted gps is not as effective as iPhone 4.

Not sure about other places in India - but this simply does not work for Hyderabad. Tried a simple home to airport route and the app was not able to figure it out.

Indian address system is not based only on street and house numbers. It is still a chaotic system but the GPS app should include those options. I cannot try the map navigation but could tell that maps are dependent on people as it is crowdsourced so many times you will not find the data.

Fantastic app

I didnt use this yet.. Im going back to my city Hyd in a week... Felt like getting a nice GPS app and ended up downloading this. I liked its robustness, so given 5 for that. Waiting to go back home and check this app in action..

this application is not downloading , and part of files seems to be corrupt, i hv tried so many times , plz update..................

The interface looks nice & clean. However, in Bangalore, it keeps showing "poor GPS" on top left screen & doesnt do much. The interface features look nice & itd be nice if I could see them work. Google search for addresses work & then you can navigate from / to that location, set it as home, include it in a route, search POIs etc. Theres day/night mode too ! If only I could see it working :-) . So, I dont know yet if it works. Ive tried it on Airtels fast GPRS. Yet to try over wifi, however thats not something available to us when driving, so not much point there.

Well i am more than happy and satisfied to use this app...i was searching all over app store but couldnt find as useful and as precise as this one. This has saved me a lot on my fuel as i am not familiar with the routes...5 stars for this and +10 from my side too. Just a little mess it creates is that if you are standing in your car stationary and searching for your address you want to go to, after searching it sometimes shows you to go straight but at times the straight this app is referring to is at your back and not front...BUT not at all to worry it RE-ROUTES for you automatically....isnt it great. And i forgot to mention the voice guidance feature is just awesome...thanks to the creator.!

few streets are unnamed, But still find them on google and tells u the way. Pretty amazing for a free app.

I would say they need an update. The Hindi does not appear next to the cities names, only a lot of question marks.

Apples map service has a long way to go when it comes to daily use till then this will do...

the app in wonderful! works fairly accurately in pune, it does however give longer routs at times and thats why it lost the 5 star rating! I have not tried this on 3G yet, hopefully it is just as wonderful! I really want more people to get this app especially after apple melted down on its maps in iOS 6!
